I am a qualified and experienced teacher with a Bsc in Maths & Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Through my own healing journey I returned to my Art and began to discover the wonderful benefits Creative pursuits can bring to our well being. My artwork is all intuitive in nature and is a Spiritual practice for me. Spiritual painting doesn't focus on the outcome but on connection and awareness. It teaches you to use the creative process to strengthen your intuition, and connect not only with yourself but the universe, bringing greater trust in yourself and your internal guidance. I now run Intuitive Creativity Workshops in the Staffordshire area, which include meditative Art activities, Colour therapy, Oracle cards, opportunities to create your own intuitive pieces and spiritually themed workshop These fun workshops are informative, creative, great for mindfulness, healing and letting your inner artist out to play! I also offer 1:1 sessions and courses for those looking to bring more creativity into their lives for their own expansion, development and healing.
